Exceed 4R from Silva is a headlamp for runners. R stands for Run and with this model you get a compact and flexible headlamp with a lightweight battery of 3.5 Ah and brightness of 2000 lumens. The battery weighs only 129 grams but gives you a good burning time for your daily run.
Battery:
The headlamp includes a 3.5 Ah battery that has a burning time of 20 hours at the lowest position, 6 hours at the medium position and 4 hours at the highest position. The battery is stable in the battery holder on the headband, but can also be placed in the pocket or backpack with the help of the extension cable.

A battery indicator shows the battery level before and after training and an indicator warns of low battery level. The battery also has a backup mode that adjusts the light and guarantees 30 minutes of light so that you have time to get home in the dark.
