The guarantee applies if your hat has worn out due to normal wear and tear, or due to material or production fault. The guarantee does not apply when damages have been caused by misuse or improper care. Fading and staining are not covered. The guarantee does not apply to ball caps, straw, Raffia, TOYO hats and MFT-1 kids hats.
