Trail Runner Free 2 from Silva is a light and flexible headlamp for running. Its properties and light pattern are optimized for running and thanks to Free Technology you avoid annoying cords. The basic version Trail Runner Free 2 has the Hybrid battery case and is used with 3 AAA batteries (not included), perfect for those who do not run daily, but still value long burning time.
The hybrid battery case can be used with either Silva's rechargeable hybrid battery or AAA batteries. The case has easy-to-grip surfaces and an integrated red safety light - which contributes to extra visibility and safety. With the 2nd generation of Trail Runner Free, cooling has been optimized using a more powerful cooler, which means that the lamp can deliver up to 550 lumens (depending on battery type) while maintaining its flexibility.
All models in the Trail Runner Free series are equipped with Silva Intelligent Light. This means that the headlamp has dual light sources so that you get both strong lighting in the long run, as well as soft and pleasant lighting where you put your feet down. This results in a more comprehensive light image and less head movement when you run so you can focus on your run. With Silva Intelligent Light, you also reduce the risk of fatigue and tension headaches due to a shaky light image.
