Brynje's Arctic double collection consists of innovative functional garments in two layers, with mesh material on the inside and warm, high-quality merino wool on the outside. The two-layer combination of mesh and wool is very light in relation to the warmth it provides. The inside stays dry thanks to few contact points against the skin and polycolon yarn that absorbs little moisture.
The mesh material traps a lot of air and therefore insulates very well. During high activity, the mesh material transports moisture away from the body. The wool absorbs and evaporates the moisture further out and forms an insulating layer over the air pockets in the mesh material.
