Campingaz's history was started by three engineers in France in 1949. During a camping trip, they noticed the lack of portable cooking equipment, which eventually resulted in the Bidon bleu - a small, blue, portable refillable gas bottle that became famous throughout Europe. After Bidon bleu, the Campingaz brand was born, which led the company to expand and also manufacture other easy-to-use and affordable cooking equipment. Today, Campingaz is a reliable companion for all imaginable outdoor cooking adventures.
