The boots are made from durable leather with lacing at the top and a zipper on the side that makes them easy to put on and take off. The midsole contains four layers of insulating materials: cork, wool, Thinsulate™ and aluminum, which block ground cold and keep your feet warm during autumn and mild winter days.

Women's Mount Joia Boots have a removable insole in soft leather and a grippy outsole that helps keep you steady on your feet in wet weather. On the inside of the shaft, there is a thin wool lining that helps preserve the warmth inside the boots.
