The insulation is based on SYNMAT PLUS TECHNOLOGY™, a synthetic fill combined with a reflective foil, which keeps the weight down while providing high thermal insulation. With an R-value of 6.9, the sleeping pad can handle very cold temperatures, even down to -35°C. Cradle Comfort™, with slightly higher longitudinal outer chambers, helps you stay more centered on the pad while you sleep, and if you are two people, the two separate sleeping halves help reduce a rocking sensation when one person turns during the night. The outer material is designed to feel comfortable against the skin while also withstanding demanding use. Two flat valves make it easy to both inflate and deflate the sleeping pad, and the included pump sack provides quick, moisture-free inflation even in cold conditions.
