Description
Junior's Spur Mips from Giro is a lightweight helmet for children, designed for skiing and other activities where a helmet is needed. The helmet is equipped with the Mips system, which reduces rotational forces on the head in the event of a crash and thereby lowers the risk of serious head injuries.
The shell is made with an in-mold construction, where an outer polycarbonate shell is molded together with the shock-absorbing foam layer. This makes the helmet lightweight while creating effective channels for ventilation. The fit is adjusted individually with the In Form Fit System, which has a vertically adjustable dial and can be adjusted even while wearing gloves. The helmet is also compatible with Giro goggles, making it suitable for use during activities in colder weather.
- Mips system for increased protection against rotational forces
