Stainless Smoke from Ifish is a smoke box made of stainless steel. Complete with two burners and wind protection, drip tray and grate. Use a thin layer of smoke chips for the best effect and feel free to supplement with some fresh juniper. Remember to adjust the cooking time according to the amount of what you smoke. A tip is that the fish is ready if the dorsal fin comes off easily.
