The shaft in durable oiled nubuck works together with a waterproof lower section in cellular rubber to keep out moisture and slush, while a full-length gusseted tongue prevents snow and debris from getting in. The removable inner boot in wool felt provides effective temperature regulation and insulation, and can also be used separately as a comfortable warm slipper in the tent or cabin.
