Women's Kento Tour High GTX from Mammut is a lightweight hiking and alpine boot for women, designed for classic summit tours, via ferrata, and demanding day trips in hilly terrain. You get stability, grip, and weather protection when moving on rock, snow, and wet ground during long days in the mountains.
The boot features a durable leather upper with a raised rubber edge that protects against rocks and provides extra durability in rough terrain. The GORE-TEX membrane keeps feet dry while allowing moisture to escape from the inside during long walks. The two-part lacing lets you adjust the grip differently over the foot and shaft, allowing you to tighten in steep terrain and loosen on flatter areas. The reinforcement on the inside prevents ankle twists but maintains freedom of movement, and the shaped tongue, along with 3D foam around the foot, provides a comfortable fit and reduces the risk of chafing. A Vibram sole with a good pattern provides a secure grip on both rocky slabs and loose stones.
