Switch System Stove from MSR is a stove with a burner for all kinds of use, from high alpine adventures to cooking at the forest edge. Switch provides high performance, low weight, and small pack size.
For use in cold environments, the burner is equipped with a pressure regulator, which ensures that the burner's output is not affected by temperature drops down to 0 degrees. The pressure regulator releases more gas when the pressure drops. This makes Switch particularly suitable for high mountain expeditions and general winter use. The pressure regulator also ensures lower gas consumption.
The included pot is equipped with foldable handles and a removable cork ring for a good grip around the pot. The oval bottom of the pot ensures even heat distribution and high performance.
By extending the support legs on the burner, Switch fits all types of pots with a flat bottom. The burner should not be used with other pots with heat exchangers (MSR Wind Burner, Primus, etc.). Maximum diameter for pots and pans is 20.3 cm, 12.7 cm height, and 3.6 kg weight.
