They have a back zipped pocket for your valuables, two open hand pockets, four side pockets for storing energy bars or nutritional gel, one with a key hook on the inside. There is also a hidden tunnel at the back of the waist to attach extra layers of clothing. There is an adjustable drawstring at the waist.
