Running Insole from Ortho Movement are insoles for your running shoes. While running, you have an increased load of about 3-5 times your body weight due to the flight phase that occurs during running. This places great demands on your equipment. ADAPTATION
Remove the existing insoles from your running shoes. Place your new Running Insoles in your shoes to make sure the size is correct. If necessary, trim your new Running Insoles with scissors if they don’t fit. Tip: Use your original insoles as a template! Gradually increase the use of your new Running Insoles because there may be new load patterns on your body.
