Alu 240 is an aluminum probe from Ortovox that is very easy to use. The quick-assembly strap makes immediate opening and assembly possible in one motion. In order to determine burial depth and select an optimized shoveling strategy, the probe has legible depth markers and a clear 1 meter marker. A clear 1-meter marker and an orange bottom segment to optimally adapt the shoveling strategy.
