How to use the FHF valve – important when fine-tuning the air

• Open the valve by pressing it in – the sleeping mat will then self-inflate.
• When it has inflated: pull the valve out so that it closes.
• Blow air into the valve while it is closed to make the mat firmer.
• Put on the valve cover.

For deflation, proceed as usual: press the valve in to open it, roll the sleeping mat toward the valve to push out the air, pull the valve out to close it, and put on the valve cover.
