Unisex Eskimo Pants from Pajak are down-insulated overpants for those who want to stay very warm in base camp, during winter camping, or in demanding mountain conditions. They are a very warm, compressible insulation layer that can quickly be pulled over your regular pants when the cold sets in or during rest breaks.
The pants are tailored with an anatomical 3D fit that provides good freedom of movement even over other layers. Full-length side zippers make them easy to put on and take off without removing boots or skis, while also allowing convenient ventilation during activity. The leg length is slightly shorter, around seven-eighths, to fit well with winter boots. Internal elastic gaiters seal closely around the shaft and help keep snow out. Exposed areas such as the seat, inner legs, and lower hems are reinforced with more durable fabric. There is a flat thigh pocket that fits, for example, a phone or energy gel, and the waist is easily adjusted with a drawcord and cord lock. An integrated Recco reflector provides added searchability during avalanche rescue.
