Macchu® from Petzl is a fully adjustable climbing harness for children who want to climb both indoors and outdoors. The harness provides good support when the child is hanging on the wall and can easily be adjusted to fit a growing waist and legs, so the fit remains secure and comfortable over time.

The waistbelt and leg loops are generously padded to relieve pressure when the child is sitting in the harness, for example during top-rope climbing or when you are practicing belaying. Two separate buckles at the waist make it easy to center the tie-in points, and the contrasting belay loop makes it easy to quickly check that the rope or belay device is positioned correctly. The rigid gear loops at the front provide space for a few quickdraws or other basic equipment, so the child can get used to the same features found on an adult harness.
