The outer fabric is waterproof with a water column of 10,000 mm, giving you good protection from snow and light rain, although the seams and zippers are not taped. For a good fit while skiing, the sleeves are pre-shaped, the hood is helmet-compatible and can be adjusted with one hand, and the shoulder sections are reinforced to withstand carrying skis. The jacket offers plenty of storage, with large inner pockets for extra gear and a dedicated inner pocket inside the chest pocket for your ski pass. Waterproof zippers at the front and side pockets help protect your belongings, and all zippers are easy to use while wearing gloves.
