Men's Microlight Down Vest from Rab is a lightweight down vest for men that is well suited for hiking, climbing, and other days in the mountains when you need extra warmth without feeling restricted. The vest provides effective warmth around the core, is easy to carry with you, and works equally well as a mid layer under a shell jacket or as an outer vest on its own in drier and cool conditions.

The body-mapped construction with different-sized down baffles provides a good balance between warmth and freedom of movement. The slightly larger baffles at the front and back keep you warm where you tend to get coldest, while narrower baffles along the sides make the vest flexible when you move, climb, or carry a backpack. The windproof and lightweight outer fabric in Pertex Quantum makes the vest comfortable against the body, while also taking up little space in your pack and allowing it to be packed into its own pocket when not in use.
