With this studded running shoe, you can continue your trail running throughout the winter season without worrying about slipping on icy trails or slushy snow. The durable MATRYX® upper resists tears from branches and sharp stones, while the waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane keeps out moisture and slush while maintaining good breathability. To ensure secure grip on pure ice and hard-packed surfaces, integrated tungsten studs are combined with a patterned ALL-TERRAIN CONTAGRIP® outsole. The integrated ACTIVECHASSIS™ provides stability and guidance in every step without compromising agility, while the midsole with OPTIFOAM™ delivers soft and protective cushioning on hard surfaces. The shoe’s QUICKLACE™ lacing system provides an even and precise fit that, together with the internal ENDOFIT™ construction, keeps the foot securely in place. In addition to trail running, the shoe is also suitable for fast winter walks and winter hiking when the surface requires reliable slip protection.
