The tarp can be set up with trekking poles, paddles, branches, or with guy lines between trees, and the reinforced attachment points with line tensioners make it easy to adjust until the fabric is properly tight. The special cut reduces flapping in strong wind, and double storm flaps can be closed for better protection or opened for more shade. The stuff sack can also be used as a pole pocket when you do not have trekking poles, and fixed guy lines can be quickly removed for tangle-free packing.
