AIM-6 NH from Suunto is a thumb compass designed for competition level, developed in close collaboration with elite runners to meet the demands of high-level orienteering.
With an extremely stable and fast-reacting needle, it is specially adapted for sprint and competition scenarios where every second counts. The visually optimized design makes it easy to quickly read direction, even at full speed, and allows for smooth transitions between different navigation methods depending on terrain and map reading.
The compass is built with carefully selected materials – including dual sapphire bearings and strong neodymium magnets – and its liquid-filled housing provides stability even during intense movement.
