Suunto Race 3S is a lightweight, robust, and advanced GPS training watch designed for everything from focused running training to long trail sessions and varied days out on the trails. It helps you keep track of pace, navigation, recovery, and training status, while also giving you smart guidance for your training and recovery.

Suunto Race 3S features a durable titanium case, sapphire glass, accurate dual-band GPS, and a very bright AMOLED display that is easy to read both in strong sunlight and in the shade. The battery is adapted for long training periods and races, with up to approximately 38 hours of battery life in dual-band GPS mode, and in everyday use it lasts about 12 days on a single charge.

With free global offline maps, advanced route and altitude navigation, and long battery life, you get support for everything from daily training to long trail sessions and hikes. The personal training system with Suunto AI Coach gives you running goals, training plans, recovery insights, and clear advice on when to push and when to rest, while offline music storage makes it easy to leave your phone at home and still have your songs on your wrist.

The watch has more than 120 sport modes, support for running dynamics and power, a barometer and storm alarm, a compass, and accurate heart rate measurement with an updated sensor and algorithm. Together with the Suunto app, you get deeper post-workout analysis, easy route planning, and access to a large ecosystem of partner apps and services.

Battery and charging
