Women's Zero G Decoy 105 GripWalk from Tecnica are ski touring boots for women that combine freedom of movement on the way up the mountain with support for all-mountain and freeride skiing on the way down. A flex index of 105 and the Power Frame construction in polyurethane provide response and precise power transfer on descents. The model has a 99 mm last width and medium volume.

The Free Move hinges feature a bearing construction that reduces friction while walking, and the cuff offers a 65° range of motion. Vibram GripWalk soles provide traction while walking, while Low Tech inserts and GripWalk compatibility make the boot usable with both compatible tech bindings and alpine bindings designed for GripWalk. C.A.S. technology allows individual customization of both the shell and liner. Quick Instep uses softer plastic over the instep, making the shell easier to open when putting the boots on and taking them off. Four micro-adjustable aluminum buckles and a 35 mm hook-and-loop strap let you adjust the fit.
