The upper is made of durable Cordura ripstop with reinforced toe and heel, protecting the foot from impact and wear. The waterproof GORE-TEX membrane keeps rain and mud out, while the lining and collar are softly padded for increased comfort during long days. The outsole in Surface CTRL rubber with deep lugs provides secure traction on uneven ground, while a built-in rock guard protects from underfoot penetration in the forefoot.
