The adapter set is designed to convert Thule side stands (sold separately) to InLock panels for use with the Thule Tour Rack. Once the conversion is complete, you can mount bags by sliding the bag's back panel over the tube frame and clicking it into place with your thumbs. To remove the bag, simply pull the strap tab and unlock the quick-release mechanism.
