Ultra 10r Lw from Exped is the sleeping pad in the Ultra series with the highest insulation capability, developed for hikes in the coldest temperatures. It provides maximum thermal insulation combined with low weight and compact pack size, making it well-suited for winter backpacking trips, high mountain hikes, and alpine expeditions. The pad is also suitable for those who easily get cold at night.
With the innovative SYNMAT PLUS TECHNOLOGY™, recycled synthetic microfiber filling is combined with an extra layer of reflective foil. This provides very good heat effect while keeping the pad light, quiet, and compact in the backpack. All sleeping pads in the series are equipped with Cradle Comfort™, where the outermost air chambers are slightly higher for better support and increased comfort.
The material is made of recycled ripstop polyester that is bluesign® approved. The fabric is very light and up to three times stronger than traditional materials. Two flat valves make it easy to inflate the pad and quickly release the air again. The included Schnozzel pump bag ensures quick inflation without moist exhalation entering the pad.
