Switchback™ – Regular from Nemo is a sleeping pad well suited for hiking, camping, and other trips when you want to sleep lightly yet stay warm. The closed-cell foam construction provides immediate insulation from ground cold without the need to deal with valves or inflation, and the compact, foldable design makes it easy to carry either inside or attached to the outside of your backpack.

Switchback™ – Regular offers a clear comfort improvement compared to classic foam pads thanks to its special pattern with hexagonal raised nodes. These create more space for your sleeping bag’s insulation to retain its loft, which helps improve warmth around your body. A metallized film helps reflect body heat back toward you, providing added warmth relative to the pad’s thickness. The pad works just as well on its own during warmer trips as it does in combination with an air mattress when you want to increase both ground protection and overall insulation.
