Helium V5 40 from Bergans is a robust and durable hiking backpack with a pack volume of 40 liters. The combination of adjustable back length, shoulder straps padded with Triple Density Foam and a form-fitting hip belt provides pleasant carrying comfort. The weight is low compared to other backpacks of the same size and carrying comfort. The Helium v5 40 is also designed in a way that made it possible to scale it down to a simpler and much lighter version of itself. And if you really want to carry light, you can detach the hip belt and lid and combine them into a waist bag.
