How much is the shipping?

The shipping fee depends on which country your order is shipped to. The fee for your current order will be displayed to the right in the last step of the check out, after you chosen your country.

What is your estimated delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the destination for your order. We normally ship orders from our warehouse within 7-10 working days. Once you have placed your order, the estimated shipping date will be stated in your order confirmation. How long it will take for FedEx to deliver to your address can be calculated at www.fedex.com

Can I track my parcel?

We send our international shipments with FedEx. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Which countries do you ship to?

We have individual pages for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany & Austria and orders to those countries should be placed in the country specific shop, ie. www.outnorth.com/se.

We also ship to other countries through our international website. To check if we ship to your country, please put an item in the shopping cart and proceed to the check out. When entering your address there is a list of countries, please choose the correct country. If you do not find your country in the list, we cannot ship to you.

Hur länge finns min order kvar hos postombudet?

Ditt paket ligger kvar hos PostNord utlämningsställe/paketbox och Budbee box i 7 dagar. Därefter skickas ditt paket tillbaka till oss.

Med Instabox ligger ditt paket i 3 dagar. Efter tre dagar hämtar Instabox ditt paket till sitt lager, och då har du 10 dagar på dig att beställa en ny utkörning till samma eller ett annat Instabox, utan extra kostnad, innan paketet skickas tillbaka till oss.

Outlösta paket debiteras en avgift på 300 kr.

My parcel was damaged during transport, what do I do?

If you discover that your parcel was damaged during transport, please ask the shipping agent to make a note of it when you sign and accept the shipment. Please take photos of the parcel before you open it to check your items. If any item has been damaged, please contact customer support. We do need the order number and pictures to will help you solve the problem.

FedEx is our carrier for international shipments. When your order has been packed and sent we will send you a shipping confirmation and you will also recevice a tracking number by e-mail from our partner Unifaun.

How do I know that my order has been sent from Outnorth?

Once we are ready to ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Shortly after, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number so you can tack your parcel at www.fedex.com

Begär ni extra fraktkostnader efter ordern har skickats?

Vi (Outnorth), PostNord, Budbee eller Instabox begär inte extra kostnader efter du har lagt din order. Fraktkostnaderna ska synas i orderbekräftelsen om det finns några.

Om du har fått ett sms/e-post om att du måste betala extra för att få ditt paket är detta oftast falskt. Tyvärr cirkulerar det ibland bluffmeddelanden både via e-post och sms, där avsändaren påstår sig att vara transportör till ditt paket. Klicka inte på länkar om du är osäker på vad de är.

Undantag skulle vara om du väntar på hemleverans från PostNord men inte är hemma på den tiden du har bokat med dem. (Tiden för hemleverans bokar man hos PostNord när de meddelar om att paketet är på väg). Då kan extra frakt tillkomma.

Vad innebär hemleverans?

Om du väljer hemleverans kan du få din order levererad fram till dörren till en kostnad av 69 kr.

Du kan välja mellan Budbee Hemleverans, Instabox Hemleverans och Postnord Hemleverans. Normalt får du välja mellan olika tidsintervaller när varan ska levereras under vardagar, vilka intervaller du kan välja beror på var du bor. Väljer du Budbee kommer hemleveransen ske mellan klockan 17.00-22.00 och om du väljer Instabox är det mellan klockan 16.00-22.00.

Tänk på att de kan behöva en dag extra för att hantera en hemleverans jämfört med normal postgång.

Kan jag ändra från Standardleverans till Hemleverans?

Det är tyvärr inte möjligt att ändra leveranssätt efter att en order har skickats med PostNord.

Har du svårt att hämta ditt paket på utlämningsstället, eller befinner dig på annan ort, kontakta kundtjänst så hjälper vi dig.

Har du valt Budbee eller Instabox så ska det gå att ändra mot en kostnad i appen om Budbee/Instabox erbjuder hemleverans till din adress.

Vad händer om jag fått en leveransbekräftelse från Outnorth men ingen avisering från posten?

Du kan spåra din order via spårningsinformationen som du fick i samband med att ordern skickas. Finns den på ditt utlämningsställe kan du hämta ut ordern med din legitimation och orderns kollinummer om paketet är skickat med PostNord.
