Sylan 2 Men from Arc'teryx is a trail running shoe designed for speed and increased endurance. The shoe is suitable for runners aiming for speed and efficiency in the mountains. The midsole helps improve your stride, while the ultra-responsive foam compound maximizes energy return and reduces fatigue in the feet. With this shoe, you can easily set personal records again and again. To further increase stability, the shoe has an integrated carbon fiber plate that helps it stay stable on uneven ground, while the outsole pattern provides good grip, whether on mud or sand, without getting stuck in the sole. 

The shoe has a "Precision Fit" fit, which means it fits closely across the width of the foot and is slightly narrower in the toe area.
