Serves 4

You'll need:
400 g pasta
1 clove garlic
300ml oat cream
2 tbsp lemon zest (reserve some for garnish)
100ml Parmesan (reserve some for garnish)
400g asparagus
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh dill
Oil for frying

Here's how:
1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water.
2. Drain most of the pasta water, then add the cream.
3. Let it simmer. Grate in lemon zest and garlic.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Once the cream blends with the pasta, add Parmesan and stir.
6. Sauté asparagus in oil with salt.
7. Garnish the pasta with fresh dill, asparagus, Parmesan, and lemon zest.
