Women's Zinal 3 from Hoka are trail running shoes for women, specially developed for trail running in technical terrain. 

The midsole in supercritical EVA provides effective energy return and a more direct running feel, while the low profile increases stability in technical sections. The outsole with durable rubber and 5 mm lugs provides secure grip on varied surfaces, from loose soil to rock. The upper in breathable leno weave with a stretch zone over the forefoot contributes to ventilation and a flexible fit during longer sessions. Zinal 3 is equally suitable for racing and fast training runs on trails, and can also be used on mixed surfaces where grip and agility are essential.
