Nordic Kidswear Ltd was founded in 2005 by Maria Frykman Forsberg and Camilla Schmidt. The business idea for "Isbjörn of Sweden" was born when they had their first child and could not find the appropriate outerwear for them to continue to live the active outdoor life as they were accustomed to.
