When Ed Scott, a ski racer and engineer, in 1958 invented the first aluminum ski pole he revolutionized skiing. It all happened in Sun Valley, Idaho, USA. Since then the company Scott has produced a lot of nice innovative products. Among others Scott was one of the first producers that introduced ski goggles foam ventilation.
