Cinnamon-stir-fried apples with roasted almonds

Ingredients:
- 4 apples, preferably crunchy
- 3-4 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 100 g almonds, roasted
- Butter for frying
Serve with: 1 jar of vanilla curd cheese/quark
Meal preparation:
- Dice the apples, heat a griddle or pan.
- Add butter and apples, and sprinkle with the raw sugar.
- Stir until the apples start to turn golden, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Chop almonds and sprinkle on top.
- Serve directly with vanilla curd cheese.
Tip! The almonds can be replaced by crushed biscuits or cookies. If you want even more flavor, you can add ground cardamom or ginger.
