Muurikka chanterelle wok in the forest

Ingredients:

  • 250 g asparagus
  • 500 g small potatoes
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 250 g chanterelles
  • 100 g leeks
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 g radishes for topping
  • 100 g lingonberries for topping
  • Herb salt
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Garic powder
  • Oil

Lingon cream

  • 0.5 dl sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lingonberry jam
  • Herb salt

 

Prepare at home:

  1. Chop and prepare all vegetables at home.
  2. Cook the potatoes.
  3. Then marinate all the vegetables in oil and the spices like this; they just have to put on the muurikkan in the forest.
  4. Mix the lingonberry cream and put in a jar.

Does hurt hear out:

  1. Pack with muurikkan and rapeseed oil and head out to the forest. Find a cozy place and build a fire.
  2. Drizzle over rapeseed oil and fry all the vegetables on; the maurrikkan.
  3. Finish by topping with radishes and lingonberries.
  4. Serve with the lingonberry cream.
