Muurikka chanterelle wok in the forest
Served with lingonberry cream

Ingredients:
- 250 g asparagus
- 500 g small potatoes
- 200 g broccoli
- 250 g chanterelles
- 100 g leeks
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 g radishes for topping
- 100 g lingonberries for topping
- Herb salt
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Garic powder
- Oil
Lingon cream
- 0.5 dl sour cream
- 3 tbsp lingonberry jam
- Herb salt
Prepare at home:
- Chop and prepare all vegetables at home.
- Cook the potatoes.
- Then marinate all the vegetables in oil and the spices like this; they just have to put on the muurikkan in the forest.
- Mix the lingonberry cream and put in a jar.
Does hurt hear out:
- Pack with muurikkan and rapeseed oil and head out to the forest. Find a cozy place and build a fire.
- Drizzle over rapeseed oil and fry all the vegetables on; the maurrikkan.
- Finish by topping with radishes and lingonberries.
- Serve with the lingonberry cream.
